The Owners:
Charlene McElhaney has been in the sign business for over 30 years. She worked in Ray Halacy's sign shop in New Hope, PA before starting McElhaney Signs in 1985. Previously she worked in the art department the for the well known company Spadea Design and used to draw the published comic Chateau & Briand starting in 1969 for Green & Schwartz.
Char is an incredibly talented artist that can do it all; drawing, scuplting, hand carving, and painting to name a few. Over the years she has met and worked with some of the most well known artists in the area; Joe Crilley, Ray Halacy, Bob Whitley and James Michener.
Jeff McElhaney started McElhaney Signs alonsgside Charlene in 1985. He is a talented carpenter and hard worker. What Char designs and details, he manufactures and installs. They continue to work together to provide quality signs and artwork to Bucks county and the surrounding area.
